Refund and Returns Policy

1. Deposit & Reservation Policy

All puppy deposits are designed to reserve your specific pick position on an upcoming litter and are non-refundable, as taking a puppy off the available market impacts our placement schedule.

• Deposits may be transferred to a future litter with prior breeder approval if an unforeseen family circumstance arises.
• Final balances for puppies are due prior to or strictly on the day of pickup/delivery (8 weeks of age).

2. Health Guarantee & Veterinary Check

Every PeachesGSD puppy leaves our home fully vetted, vaccinated, and microchipped. We provide a comprehensive genetic health guarantee covering hereditary hip, elbow, and severe congenital conditions.

• Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy to validate the health warranty.
• Any documented congenital health claims must be supported by certified veterinary imaging or official OFA/DNA reports.

3. Return & Rehoming Policy (The PeachesGSD Lifelong Commitment)

We believe a German Shepherd is a family member for life. Therefore, we maintain a strict lifelong return policy:

• If at any point in the dog’s life you are unable to keep or care for your PeachesGSD due to unforeseen circumstances, the dog must be returned directly to us.
• We will always take our dogs back into our care to ensure they are never displaced, mistreated, or placed in a shelter. (Note: Surrendered dogs under this return clause are not eligible for cash refunds unless explicitly agreed upon under specific health warranty terms).

4. Exceptions & Refunds

Monetary refunds are strictly limited to verified genetic or life-threatening congenital health defects covered under our written contract within the specified warranty period. Shipping fees, transport costs, and deposit amounts are non-refundable.
